Emily Ratajkowski posed naked for an interview for the August issue of Harper’s Bazaar. The actress tweeted Thursday one of the photos for the article and shared the link to her interview made by the famous feminist writer Naomi Wolf. But almost immediately Piers Morgan reacted to Ratajkowski photo shoot and tweeted: “Do you want me to buy you some clothes? You look freezing.”

The young actress answered Morgan’s attack saying that he was looking for press attention in a clever way.

Morgan continued to share his opinion on the actress naked photos and her past nude selfies that she says are an act of feminism. The journalist does not think that nude pictures are a feminist action, and he accuses Emily of seeking attention. He has also criticized Kim Kardashian for her constant naked selfies and in an opportunity, he had the chance to dispraise both women in a single tweet.

To Kim Kardashian, Morgan said that she was too old to be taking herself naked pictures. Emily stated in the interview that Morgan’s comment make her angry.

The interview for Harper’s Bazaar and its feminist message

The “Gone Girl” actress posed with no closes on top of a white horse to recreate an image of a contemporary Lady Godiva. Countess Godiva rode heroically naked to make her husband end his oppressive taxation on the people. But the photo shoot was not about taxes; it was to make a statement about women pride and sexuality.

Ratajkowski talked about feminism and defended Kim Kardashian and Lena Dunham for repeatedly being naked to the public’s eye.

But one of her main points was that bodies that fit the Hollywood ideal of female beauty are incredibly criticized when exposed to a camera and are tagged as seeking attention women and never as a feminist trying to make a statement.

She said that even when Lena Dunham takes her clothes off, she gets dispraised but she is also considered brave; when Justin Bieber takes his shirt off people think he is a grown man. But if a woman who is sexual takes off her top, she plays into something.

The actress said about Kim Kardashian that the world should not be exclusive of the ideal body and that the idea of Kim’s nude selfies as an act of seeking attention is not the issue. She says that a woman can be seeking attention and make a statement because they are not mutually exclusive.

Ratajkowski stated that sex is normal, desire is normal, and attention is normal.
