After 13 years of marriage, musicians Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale filed their divorce last year in August, after Rossdale reportedly cheated Stefani with their nanny. Now the couple has reached a divorce settlement and they will split their assets with the assistance of the court.
The ex-couple will share custody of their 9 year-old son Kingston, 7-year old girl Zuma and 2-year old son Apollo. They are also to split the money earned from selling their Beverly Hills home while Stefani gets to keep their two residences located in Los Angeles; Rossdale is to remain owner of their four other properties located in Europe.

46-year old Gwen Stefani is to remain owner to all the rights of the music produced on her band No Doubt; at the same time, 50-year old Rossdale will keep his rights of the music produced on Bush. Stefani also managed to keep both of her fashion lines Harajuku Lovers and L.A.M.B. It is also known that both parents had agreed to deposit in a trust account a sum of $1 million towards the upkeep of their sons.
When it comes to the family’s vehicles, Rossdale will get hold of their 2003 Range Rover Vogue V8, as Stefani will remain with their two other Land Rovers, Honda Odyssey, Lexus GS350 and 2015 Yukon Denali. The net value of the Stefani’s assets was noted at $75 million. It is estimated that she had to let go a fourth of her fortune in the divorce settlement. Because they did not sign a prenuptial agreement, there are no legal implications regarding the reasons of the divorce, which in Rossdale’s case was being adulterous.
The divorce seems to stem from Rossdale cheating with former nanny Mindy Mann. According to E! News, a different nanny grabbed an iPad for one of the children and subsequently found Rossdale’s photos and text messages linked to the device, which included naked pictures of Mann. They all directed towards Gavin Rossdale and Mindy Mann wanting to meet and have sex.
Gwen was informed of the situation and she proceeded to ask Rossdale for an explanation. He argued that “he was just flirting.” Months later after the split-up, it was reported that Stefani had been seeing Blake Shelton, her co-host in The Voice.
The couple “respectfully request privacy from the media during this time” as they have taken the time to provide concise statements to reporters. They have both vowed to be “partners in parenthood” and to be “committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment.”
