After the rapper realized she had acted with fake information and thus it was totally uncalled for Azaelia Banks to insult Sarah Palin, she released a substantial statement apologizing to former governor for Alaska.
Yet Palin has already set the path to sue Azealia Banks for verbally attacking her, and she expects celebrities understand they’re not above the law, according to a report from People Magazine.
Even though the rapper quickly deleted the posts towards Palin off her Twitter feed, many managed to save snapshots of them before that. The presumed document read by Banks, which ended up being false, was a racist paper claiming wild allegations, including the acceptance of slavery by the black people.
And even if Banks’ insults were directed in the heat of the moment and were based on a publishing able to make any person furious, Palin was still offended by it and will take legal action. The rapper also claimed in the statement apologizing to Palin that she never said Sarah Palin should be raped.

Banks’ precipitated actions could cost her more than her career
Unfortunately enough for Banks, the snapshots of her posts on Twitter beg to differ, as Azealia asks to find the biggest and blackest person and ‘run a train on her’. Although it doesn’t explicitly say Sarah Palin should be raped, it’s pretty much the whole idea of the several tweets posted earlier on Tuesday.
Palin, on the other hand, released a statement following her announcement to take legal action against the rapper Azealia Banks claiming she’s had enough of unanswered threats. Palin goes on and says she can’t wait to win the case against Banks, in order to rejoice with those who have been in similar situations and failed to make justice.
The Sarah Palin page in history will be condensed to a footnote in the Azealia Banks chapter. Well behaved women seldom make history.

“So, for the first time I’m going to enjoy the only retribution some protected ‘celebrities’ seem to understand,” said Sarah Palin on her statement in response to Banks’ tweets. “ I’m suing Azealia Banks and can’t wait to share my winnings with other who have gone defenseless against lies and dangerous attacks far too long”
