Ryan Gosling and his long-time girlfriend Eva Mendes are expecting their second child together, multiple sources confirmed to US Weekly.
The couple has kept their personal lives mostly private, and has not yet shared a photo of their little 17 months old daughter Esmeralda Amada Gosling. Also they have kept their daughter out of the spotlight since her birth, but Gosling is “madly in love” with Esmeralda, and Mendes is loving her life as a new mom.
The actress was spotted hiding her growing baby bump during a photo shoot in Los Angeles back in February, and also Mendes has not been photographed at a celebrity party or other event since December.
Back in March, Mendes, along with Gosling and their daughter celebrated her 42nd birthday at Frank Sinatra’s Palm Springs, California vacation home. That day, while Gosling was photographed around town, there were no sightings of Mendes, or any potential signs of a baby bump. Also Mendes’s Instagram has offered no hints of a baby bump, since the actress hasn’t posted any recent photos of herself in many weeks.
A meeting beyond the Pines
The two met in 2011 on the set of “The Place beyond the Pines” and have yet to marry, but they have been together since then.
Gosling recently told Hello! Magazine that he is with the person he is supposed to be with.
“I’m not looking for anything else beyond Eva, and I feel very lucky that we have a beautiful, healthy daughter, who is an angel. That’s investment enough for me,” he said.
