On Monday morning, Skype experimented issues with their services, common users could not log in and make calls through the telecommunications application during the day. According to the company’s statement, it was a network problem and they worked quickly to fix it.
The technical issues prevented the messages from being delivered, and users could not access their accounts. Also, the changes made such as profile edit and credit balance details were taking longer than usual. Skype asked people through a tweet to “apologize [them] for any inconvenience.”
“We have identified network issue which prevented users from logging in and using Skype today. We’re in the process of reconnecting our users, and focused on restoring full service. The issue did not affect Skype for Business users.” Skype support stated.
As we know, the social networks are a key method when it comes to share our feelings from almost every aspects of life. Today, Skype had to experience a dose of that protagonistic social medial role, which is never bad. Some of their users commented:
Skype is not working? Must be a new feature they added to improve the application.
