VR porn is coming to Las Vegas

With a partnership between porn company VR Bangers and AuraVisor, virtual reality (VR) porn is headed to Las Vegas’ hotel rooms for a more realistic pleasure for its clients. The experience will just require the extra charge in the credit card and a device will be set to go in the room.

The VR Bangers Hotel Experience will cost $20 a pop and it could be acquired like a hotel room service. Users will just have to choose the gender of their soon-to-be virtual sex partner and enjoy the scene that is played in an exact replica of the room they are in, as reported by PC Mag.

The AuraVisor device may be a good fit for the service due to its low cost and because it does not require a tethered smartphone. The headset will have a self-contained Android device running a modified version of the mobile software, so its users would not have to use their own smartphone and leave some trace of their adventures.

As for the technical details, the VR headset does not require any wires, has a 5-inch 1080p display and a 100-degree field of view with access to a custom VR store that is linked to the Google Play marketplace, according to Engadget.

Until now, it is unknown exactly which hotels in the sin-city will have the VR Bangers Hotel Experience or how soon it will be available, so in the meantime, Las Vegas’ most adventurous will have to settle with some regular HD porn.

An already expected use

Since the early development of the VR technology, it should have been known that this service was just a matter of time. Even though this experience has yet not arrived at hotel rooms, it has to particular sites and devices, for example, VR Bangers was already compatible with the Oculus Rift and Samsung’s Gear VR.

In addition, Pornhub has recently launched a new category for VR videos, which is powered by BaDoinkVR. This may offer an alternative for those who do not want to wait for the VR to get to the hotels and enjoy it in a more personal way.
